Purpose
This article-based thesis investigates aesthetics such as sensitive experience and realisation, and with this a perspective that opens the aesthetics of kindergartens to include sensations, feelings, companionship, interaction, play, meaning and experiences of something more.
Result
The project aims to challenge educators’ aesthetic-reflective access to and actions with aesthetic processes through a collaboration with artists in the kindergarten environment.
Design
The thesis relates to the Cultural Children of Europe development project, but is an independent project inspired by action research.
